HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday season.

Manifesting my life to be like anime festival episodes

It went by way too fast for me, as usual, despite me having off from the 20th until yesterday. It was pretty eventful though! I:

• Went to a symphony
• Celebrated Christmas with my family and Joel's family
• Saw Nosferatu
• Did nothing on New Year's Eve lmao

It was honestly pretty relaxing, but breaks are never long enough, let's be real with ourselves.

So, what does this new year have in store for me? Well, I do have a few resolutions:

• Pay off my school loan
• Go to Japan for my birthday in November
• Curate my wardrobe
• Buy a flip phone
• Become more fit and stronger in calisthenics (maybe do a pull-up??)
• See friends and family at least once a month
• Spend more quality time with Joel and Shiro
• Indulge in more media than just video games
• Buy a house?

The last one is a bit lofty, especially compared to my main two goals, but we'll see! We have a good nest egg saved up already for the down payment, so maybe we'll get lucky!

I also bought a Hobonichi for 2025, and I already love it. It's nice to have a dedicated planner to put all your life events in. Plus, my lizard brain can't help but love writing lists and crossing off tasks, so it's perfect for me.
